my head gasket today got changed also fresh oil change. it now starts but is clattering like a tractor or a really old diesel.

oil is at perfect level and its fresh. so its 100% not oil related.

my dad done it not the garage. i know it was a HGF lol thats why it has been fixed. he mentioned about the tappets but needed an answer of the more experience thats why i came on here 
. he only ran it about 10 mins tops but the clattering just stayed at the same tone. he has now refurbished the tappets and will be trying it 2moro. so you reckon to leave it running for about 20 mins and take it on a test run ?
