i would have thought everything from the zs would go into the zr, as the front end is the same iirc. in fact it HAS to be as when doing a turbo conversion you can use the stuff from either a 220 OR a 420. so you should be fine

No mate, ZS Front end is completety different to ZR.

ZS isn't related in anyway to the R8,200,400, Coupe Series

wow, ya learn something every day. i honestly thought the did the same with the zs as they did a zr, ie, took the older model and spunked new body parts on it, lol

 

I thought all pg1 boxes were the same? can i use my engine mounts on the zs engine? also is it possible them to fit my 1.4 box to the 1.8 bottom end?

just swap the drivers side one over. why not just swap the hole engine ?
