So just a little update....... Its been bloody freezing so Ive not done to much with the zed in past few days.

Ive managed to get wing bk on that I straigtened and repainted-

And Ive fitted the NSF arch extension, The wing looks a bit bright but it will be ok once Ive flattened and cut it, theres a wee scuffy on the bottom of bumper which I will flick in and laquar so it wont be noticable!!

Arches are just clipped on and attached with 1 screw useing a previous hole where the skirt retaining trim fits, the skirts off as Ive ended up painting the front of it aswell and still have to refit.

Just recieved my towbar today,so hopefully tommorow it will be a bit warmer and I will venture out and get the thing finished and ready to use, although I cant decide if I should just stash it over winter or not?
Will add more pics when I get rest of arches on.

Cars come up pretty well and Im quite pleased with it, sorted all problems apart from rattling tappets which have improved slightly with flush/change of oil but maybe next weekend Im going to remove tappets and see what the problem is, Im hoping they just need a clean!?
