Will a janspeed manifold and sports cat with standard exhaust cause problems?

As above can I fit a Janspeed 4-2-1 manifold and sports cat to a 160 while keeping the standard centre section and back box or will this cause problems.

I know fitment wise it fits Iím just wondering if it will make the car run a bit lumpy?

I just fitted the manifold and cat to my 160 and itís not running too well. Iím wondering if itís because of the free flowing manifold and cat going into the restrictive standard rear boxes?
I donít have my cat back part anymore and was hoping to run the manifold and sports cat and then get another cat back later.

Normally I would have waited and put the full system on but I need the standard cat for my other car.

Nah it'll be fine. Is your lambda sensor plugged in?

Yeah the lambda sensor is plugged in but I had one in my Janspeed manifold already so I just used that. I think I might change it for the one I just removed from my car and see what happens.

Cheers
