After being told only good things about them from a friend i thought id try them and buy some LED sidelights. I bought the sidelights almost 3 weeks ago. When i bought the sidelights i had an automated email from them saying they were out of stock but would be restocked the week after new years, still i didnt mind too much as i was still in the xmas spirit.

After two weeks i became increasingly impaitient and fired off an email asking when they would be restocked blah blah blah, recieved an email saying thanks for the kind words i'l chase up the order for you. Didnt hear back from him, so i sent off another email but no kind words were exchanged in this one, they told me the order was dispatched earlier that day, being saturday (convieneint ?). I was fairly annoyed but satisfyed until i recieved an email from them today saying they were sent out today via royal mail.

I hope they wont be recorded delivery as i'll have these sidelights if they ever turn up and another set just for my troubles.

There are more details i could go into like what was exactly was in the emails etc but i think you get the gyst of what im saying.

Im not being grumpy for no reason am i ?
3 weeks for sidelights and possibly the worst email's iv ever recieved from a company in my life, without any kind of detail or customer service.

please tell me im not being irrational but that must be some really bad service right ?

the emails themselves arent too bad but really lacking in any detail and the guy is really unhelpfull, i have included the dates of the emails too.

they are when you've been waiting for 3 weeks and all you get is "Hi Sam they went out again today as we had no trace of where they were"

someone else on my local cruise site has ordered the same bulbs but hasnt been told anything
