100W Bulbs

I like the sound of these 100W Rally bulbs, i no they are illegal but whos going to check!!? Has anyone got them as ive heard horror stories about melting cables and connections due to more wattage/amps??

My Garage
For a start, wrong section..

But you will get pulled, fail an mot and be flashed constantly, oh and i think i remember someone voiding there insurance with these..

They are highly illegal... not worth the risk

Not had any of the above... plus they are E stamped if the police want to take them out..

Think you've just been lucky TBH, i know people who have failed Mots on just them, people who have been told by the police to remove them, even though they are E marked, IIRC the maximum wattage is 80watts for lights on road..

Can't see luck playing into it rob well not for 15 years lol

How will the police know any different ? And how can it fail an mot ? Not sure what the max is for road use tbh
