Quite a bit.....

BUT

They will make the handling absolutely atrocious and put excess strain on the struts.

They give the best drop and I think they are the cheapest. Haven't checked the prices for a while though

but i think it would give you a drop of 40mm? someone might correct me on that.
The early black Avos are a very short spring, so short in fact that when the car is jacked with standard dampers, the springs will come out of contact with the cups. This is not the end of the world and the chances of this happening on the road are remote unless you regulary get airborne over hump back bridges etc.
It is not an MOT failure either as long as the spring reseats itself correctly without assistance so to make sure, most people when they fitted them fitted zip ties to the lower mount to make sure the springs didnt move when the tops came out of contact.

This is now not a problem as the newer red (and now black again) springs are longer. They still lower by about the same amount but by being of a slightly different material and diameter they are longer overall when uncompressed so do not come out of the cups.

As The ZR is already lower in standard form than the 200/25 then a set of AVOs on a 25/200 will lower it by more but will be the same overall height as a ZR on AVOs.

If you want to go lower, then a set of coilovers will do so or airbags/hydraulics but will also cost a lot more.
