The council are well aware of the pot hole i reported this the pothole 2 weeks ago as it was dangerous with it being stupidly deep and and over 17 inch wide..

Nothing has being done.. No marking round the pothole and now the alloys done this..

The council have paid out for a set before but unsure if this is because my mums using her solicitors headed paper.

Plus when doing this you have to have the dates and times.. They will NOT review the problem unless a pound coin is inserted into the pothole along with a measurement of the depth and width and one of the pothole to show no markings by the councils to show its being noted. Address and place its at..

Bit like this, what my mums sent along with the letter:

Step 1
The coin at different angles:

Step 2
Width and depth measured:

Step 3
Show there is no signs of council acknowledgement:

Step 4:
The address and to show further info so they cant refuse its not there:

Followed by dates times and photos of the damage and a letter which im not allowed to post for legal reasons..
