Few electrical niggles

Hello there all you friendly people! I've just bought my first car, a 55 plate zr 105 trophy, and have come across a few electrical niggles and faults that aren't anything bad, but have started to annoy me already :/

Problem 1: Drivers window won't open despite moving when clicking the switch into the "close" position, like it's trying to close further but can't. I was told this was a common fault but have found very little to back this up and lack the brains of many of you fine people, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Problem 2: Heater won't work until the 3rd & 4th fan setting, on ANY heat setting or vent selections. This is not much of a problem as such, but is just quite annoying because this means either no air or it's belting it out, whereas some days I'd like just a breath of warm air on a cold day or vice versa, once again any suggestions to rectify this problem would be ace!

Problem 3: Lock button on key fob doesn't work at all, it just makes a slight clicking noise. Unlock button and boot pop button both work fine, but just the lock doesn't. Car's central locking and alarm also s**ts a turkey if I try locking it with the key and then walk away from the car, very annoying at nights and such :/

Any suggestions welcome, and thanks for reading!
