mgzr replacement front speakers.
Hi Everyone, looking to replace the front speakers on my 03 zr. no amps or anything, i have a kenwood HU.
are there any speakers on the market apart from oem that i can replace easily? ie, no mdf etc! that will give me an ok sound? money not an issue, i know how to take the door off etc, but just want to fit a speaker with minimum fuss! Any feedback or links appreciated! |

hia mate. with most front door speaker sets you get plates to go behind the door card to screw the speaker into so its minimal fuss, like 10mins job, fusion are good, i have a full fusion install an think its brill sound, if you wanted quallity sound go for something like this.. again very easy to fit

door card off, unscrew the speakers, you can re-use your old wires from the door loom. sometimes you wont find speakers that screw straight in to the doors ..i.e. the mounts in diferent places. All you need to do to get around that is drill new small holes in the doors and screw the speakers in with self tapping screws.

TBH i would go to a audio shop and have a word with them and they will tell you what is best for what you want
![]() If you were to buy a set off ebay id go for vibe over fusion, both are budget audio but i think vibe is better than fusion just my opinion though Have a look on www.caraudiosecurity.com as it is a cheap site with a wide range of brands and types of speakers ![]()
