Just basically a standard 1.6 block, I just used a 1.4 block though as I already had it and some 1.6 pistons and liners and I was rebuilding the bottom end. Then just stick a vvc head on that, need to use a manual tensioner and 1.8vvc timing belt. Had to change the engine loom to a vvc one for the extra plugs and I converted to a pg1 close ratio box as well. You also need to change the front subframe to a 160 one so the exhaust clears. Oh and the mount on the back of the sump needs to be changed for a 160 one as the pg1 box causes the engine to sit on a different angle. For anyone with a 1.6 already the job could be done in less than a day.
