newest purchase..

i think i might be on the route for death road but i just bought an R6 2002 for my bike when i pass my test. going to get it restricted obv. anyone had any problems with a r6? any common faults etc obv not jumpin on straight away. got a er5 aswel..

assuming that you actually are going to be riding it restricted then imo you would have been better off getting a smaller bike or a twin.

As nice as the R6 is, it's not what i'd call light and all of the power is right at the top end and it dosen't really have much low down grunt either. Will be a bit of a nightmare with 33bhp imho! Then there's the fact that you are probs going to drop it at some point and the R6 fairing is !!!

Like to see the pics though
