I will say if you get a Decent cone filter on it you'll hear the forge valve pretty well lol. Also you getting the 007P or the new 008 Forge Valve?

Not sure on the TT but on SeatCupra forums they recommend either a Badger5/SFS Turbo Inlet pipe with the Jetex filter and filter surround.

But some people say a panel filter with a smoothed and drilled airbox helps a lot too (what I'm currently running ATM).

Myself I'm gonna go for the SFS TIP and either a BMC Cone or ITG some time soon.

i've seen a lot of people using the enclosed "ram air" air filtet, tbh i've never heard of it before but they seem to recommend that one.

Here's the Forge valve i bought :

Oh... a splitter valve. They're alright but heard from a lot of people they constantly need adjusted, i.e. a few clicks back and forth. So you don't need to look at open cones for a dump noise lol.

oh right, it seems to be the one most people use on the TT forum. I ordered a the K&N kit specific to the 225 engine so it should be alright for the time being.

Will this valve make "phssst" noise i take it ?

So basically the opposite to SCN? lol. I'll be going for a full circ. Forge 008/007P on mine anyway, I'm after the quicker reaction coming on/off boost.

Yeah that valve splits it, half vent, half recirc so you get the noise without putting on the EML.
