ZR Express Register

Since there are only small amounts of ZR Express / Rover Commerce vans around I thought it might be a good idea to create a register and find out how many 25/ZR vans there are on the site.

If you would like to participate then please post a few pictures and details of your Express or Commerce such as:
Year of registration
Optional extras

PS: Does anybody know how many Expresses/Commerce’s were made and what number of each model were produced?

I shall start the thread of with my recent purchase.

160 Express in X-Power Grey

First registered in 2003

38,000 miles

All the usual 160 features such as aircon, colour coded Monaco***8217;s, electric windows/mirrors and 17***8221; Straights. Also has rear door cards and speakers, which I believe is called a lux pack? The van also has a 6 disk CD changer but I am not sure if this was an optional extra

These pictures are from the advert but I shall get new pictures when I can

Got told this earlier:

A handful were sold in the Irish Republic too.

There were around 560 UK registered Rover Commerce (of which only 30 were facelift ones!).

Mine was a very special order (one off) from Phoenix Of Coventry. It came off the production line on 22nd Febuary 2005 & I collected it on 18th March. It was originally registered as BV05 ZKG.
Firefrost Red 105 Express.
While I collected it they had just got in a new Xpower Grey 160 Express. Mine I suspect would have been one of the VERY last or possibly the last one built.

See it in the gallery section of my website - It has it's own gallery & full spec is written there though other than the Xpower exhaust no mechanical modifications have been made.

It has just been put to bed now for the winter months lol.

Mine will never be offered for sale unless I was offered a vey serious figure!!

To my knowledge there were only ever 100 Mk2 Express vans built & 200 Mk1's
18/03/05 (New) - ZR Express 105 (Special Order/build) In Firefrost Red.
09/03/10 (Not New) - MG Montego 2.0i In Flame Red.
01/03/14 (New) - Ford Fiesta ST2 In Molten Orange.
27/10/14 (New) - Landrover Freelander Metropolis SE.
