Smile Weird things we do whilst driving?

Kinda stolen from a thread over at Pistonheads, but was wondering what bad habits we all have whilst driving or weird things that we do?

I have loads lol...

1. Stereo must ALWAYS be on an even number, else the world will cave in and all the kittens will die.

2. Heater vents must be level

3. I used to play "cruise control chicken" in my old Clio 182...set the cruise control to bang on 60 on a challenging b-road and see how far I can go without dabbing the brakes or clutch.

4. For some reason I hate driving with drivers window up, it feels really claustrophobic and stuffy and I like the fresh air/breeze from the window, even in winter I have it open a little bit with the heaters going!? Weird!

5. I always reverse park/parallel park with my drivers door open looking at the back wheel, to make sure I get close to the kerb without kerbing the rim! Can't really park without doing it anymore lol.

I'm sure there's loads more...

Anyone else got any weird driving habits/tweaks or things they do? Or am I just a retard?

Your wierd im the same as 1, i also make turbo noises and super charger noises when im giving the car some stick lol as for the parallel parking, i have moved my mirrors towards the floor and the back wheels, whilst making sure i cane see people behind. Its better like this as before i hit a lamp post with my door open lol

I know what you mean about the air vents - mine don't have to be level, but I do like them to be even! lol
I also get obsessive - even compulsive - about the position of my rear-view mirrors! Electric door mirrors are easliy moved, but if I knock the rear-view whilst cleaning or something, it'll take me days of tweaking before I'm happy with it!

i always have drivers window open too when driving in the winter with the heaters on.. lol. when i park up i always have the window open and bob my head out too to make sure im straight/ dont curb. pretty much never listen to a song all the way through, usually just flick it over and over and over untill i reach my destination. Also always drive with the sun visor down, even in the dark.

cruise control chicken sounds fun!
