Engine management issues - advice needed

Serviced her today in between snow showers and playing with/feeding the wee dude:

Oil change
Spark plugs
Coolant change
Fuel filter

A few hiccups, but car seems to be running fine and without any leaks.

Problem is though, my engine management light has reared its ugly head again

The other day the EML came on, so suspecting it was the leaky exhaust, I sealed it and left the car until today before I checked it had actually sealed... success! Leak was sealed (albeit for a tiny leak at the backbox which I'll paste over tomorrow), PLUS the EML had gone off!

After the car had ran for a few minutes tonight though it decided to go back on. What could be causing it? Needed to put a bit more oil in, could a lack of oil have caused it to come on? Topped it up now and level seems fine, car seems to be running perfectly too (albeit a bit noisily, but I think it's always been that noisy).

When you fit a janspeed manifold/ sports cat, do you still have a lambda sensor?

depends on how much carbon ur engine is producing! Take it out and give it a wee clean TJ. Mine came on and ran lumpy, changed both sensors and went fine. Light also went out.

It's running perfectly though, if it was the Lambda it would be running the same as it did the last time it went.
