oooooppppppssssss
What a mornin ive had on the way to work this mornin some dunb women driver got halfway into a island and flaped it and decided to slam on I was to busy seein if it was clear for me to go and bang right up her ass I went not a lot of damage to the zr just the front indicator so you can see but looking behind the bumper its bent all the bumper bar smashed my grill out and pused the bumper out from the light the other side and done absolutely nothin to the van not even a scratch we swaped details but when I took a picture of the van she started kickin off saying "im not gona claim why you taking pictures for" so im woundering if shes gona go and reverse into somthing a say ive done all this to her van should I phone my insurance and tell them or just wait and see what she dose wether she claims or not I hope she dosent tho what would you guys/girls do

If it was me mate ring em and quick. My last insurance company got done for 22000 pound through a similar scam and i was the one who took the brunt. Ring them and explain to them! Its well worth it

But the way she was it was like she had no insurance or somthin im thinkin about just leavin it tho as I dont want to say anythin to them so they dont do anything to me like that can they still put my insurance up even if she dont claim would it be my fault tho or hers as she stoped in the middle of a island?

if you took pictures of her van and she claims of damage that is not the same in the pictures the claim in theory should get dropped as a fraudulent claim

She can claim for quite a while afterwards. Worth taking pics so she can't claim for more damage than there is however if there is underlying damage that they can reasonably assume was caused by you hitting her then she can claim for this.
Unfortunately for you though it will definitely be your insurance that has to pay up as it is your fault. |

Ohh I just wanna no wether shes gona claim cause its doin my head in tbf she says she wont but she seemed sly about it and yeh it was my fault but she still shouldnt of stoped halfway in the island and it pushed my bumper back a good few inches but theres nothin like that on transporters youve got the spare wheel behind the bumper I had a look at it and coyldnt see one thing wrong with the underneath of her van women should stick to drivin ka's n polos not vans lol

Unless you have independent witnesses then it will go 'knock for knock' even with photos as photos can be faked/shopped to show more/less damage etc.
If you have driver legal aid then it is worth contacting them for advice/help, it is also mandatory to notify your insurance company even if there is no claim. If you have her registration and vehicle make then you can check if she is insured on the Askmid web page |

Im fairly sure you can only legally check your own vehicle on askmid. But never the less you can still do it... just not suppossed to =p
