nope, and does this make sence?

It certainly sounded right though ! I literally drove it 10 miles before having it removed

If someone can state why it is only for the 160 then please say so, but as far as I am aware the exhaust bore size is the same across the ZR. If the bore size is the same then it will fit all ZR's.

There are different part numbers for alot of things, but if the bore size is the same it will fit any 200/25/ZR. I was always under the impression that all the cars had the same bore at the rear flange, though never measuring a 160 I can't say for sure. That will be the only difference between the 2 models.

Janspeed quote diff prices for the 160 and the 105, i thought the 160 had a diff exhaust size, the manifold is different, but i wouldnt see why janspeed would make 2 different zorts if they are the same.

Looks like it will fit the 105.the 160 one is a bit biger diamiter than the 105....
worth it even if you only fit the back box. but im 99% it will be ok.
the dif in the 160 and tdi is there is no mid box in the tdi, they are the same size pipe.
I would buy it but ive got an xp one..............(mines of a 105 as they dont make the one I wanted)

The bore size must be slightly bigger on the 1.8's then, though it can only be minimal, probably inch and 3/4, whereas the 105 could be inch and 1/2.

exhaust

as well as being a different size the pipe for the 160 apparently has a valve on the top of it that is like a power boost valve and will not work properly with any other zed. hope this is right it's only what i've been told by powerflow.

All the back boxes will all fit any model. I have a Blueflame on mine and Blueflame state it will fit any ZR, 105-160, and all in between

The differences all come up at the front end where the cat/manifold etc is.

That's probably why Janspeed etc list different part numbers for the exhausts, but the back silencers will be interchangeable. They all fit onto the flange with the same two bolt fixing and then the bore increases from there.
A full Blueflame system can also be retro fitted on to the existing Blueflame backbox, all the flanges etc stay the same size as standard - that way the original gaskets still fit.
Logically, all other manufacturers will do the same

you would be able to get it to fit if you took it to an exhaust specialist some one who makes custom exhausts, you can make anything fit anything!
