surely thats not the reason tho if u can drop it 80mm on leda coilovers then rubbing cant be the reason. the only reson am asking is most companies make springs that lower 60mm for most other cars like saxos, clios, puntos but no one seems to make them for a zed

Lowering it 35mm is quite low to be honest, you could get some custom springs made up, but expect problems with driveshafts, wheel rub, and generally not be able to go a lot of places with speed bumps, or carry people in the car.

Coilovers do allow cars to be lowered more, but these were designed for track and race cars really, and have only filtered onto the market fairly recently. You are limited to what the car can take, and to be honest although it will go lower than 35mm (true maximum you can get for ZR specific springs), it is not ideal, and you will get problems.

Physically they will fit, though not totally sure what the drop amount would be. You might get probablems with wheels rubbing, but the handling shouldn't be too adversly affected.

Thing you will have to watch out for is that the springs will dislocate much easier than with 25 springs, though when driving this will not be an issue, jacking the car up and then putting it down again, you may just have to check they relocate correctly.

Also I would suspect the warranty from Avo would be invalidated as they are not going on ZR struts.
