I remember having a heater matrix replaced as the plastic guiding clips that guide the cables that attach to the heater dials had snapped. God knows how they snapped but they did. Got the matrix replaced and fitted by Lates600 for £100 was very happy. Garage near me quoted just over £220 and I told them not to bother.
