Just found this !! Have been looking for old MG BGT for ages for general TLC ! Anyone done any restoration work is it a hard car to work on ??? Me and a mate rebuilt a Triumph Stag recently ! Are they same sort of builds ??

It's a Midget, not a MGB. Personally, I like the chrome Midget with the rounded rear bumper. Theres one that lives near me in the summer, looks very sweet.

BGT is an easy car to work on mate, everything can be done yourself......had one for a few years and did loads of restoration on it :up: :up:

looks like that one needs a lot of work.....
go along to the mg show on 20 feb in stoneleigh......
will find one there....or look at the mgoc
done tones of work on stags and they do tend to rust a lot....but like the mgbs you can get all the parts cheap.....
you might be better geting one thats got an MOT as it wont be rottern.......theres plenty around so dont buy the first one you see....
