I am looking for some new disk brakes for the 160 and came across some 'vented' brembo disks.
On the description it says to make sure you choose the right style, that in being either solid or vented.
Would the vented fit?
I also believe that vented disks cool down faster aswell...??

I think you're misinterpreting the term "vented".

All 160 front discs will be vented and the rear are solid discs.
Only the 105ZR has "solid" front discs.

I'm guessing you're thinking of grooved discs? which to be honest is pointless on a road car in my opinion as all it does is decrease the life span of your pads and increases braking noise. They're mainly for stopping pads glazing up when under race conditions.

Yeah the 160 uses 282mm vented discs on the front and 260mm solid rear discs.
