Anyone else going to the game at Old trafford. Its going to be good to see Solskjaer in a Utd shirt again.
Allways thought he was class on and off the pitch. He played for the shirt and was not a money grabber like most players now!

Just got in. Great day. Was a carnival atmosphere and Ole lead the teams out with his kids and the 99 European cup which was a nice touch. Plus it was good to win ;)

Not many like this guy any more. Increasingly footballers are just mercenary, period.

Football's still a "man's game" - just not in the PL. Can see where you're coming from though.
I agree to some extent, but it's not that PL footballers are pansies or whatever, it is that they manipulate the rules to their advantage. Premier league footballers are elite athletes nower days and much stronger, fitter etc than most could ever imagine to be.

they may roll around on the floor etc but everyone knows it is not because they are hurt it's because they are trying to win a free kick or penalty, I'm not sayin it is right but thats the way it is.

A top premier league team would run rings around any team from a bygone era purely because of beter training and the fact that they are fitter, faster and stronger than ever before.

plus back to the original point of the thread...Congrats to Ole!!

A word of warning for the prem too, Tevez is gonna be awesome this year, he looked leaner and fitter than ever, still as strong as an ox but looked fast as fook too yesterday.
