Well over the last week I have decided to start running again. For the last 4 days I have been going for a run when I came home from work. I'm seriously surprised how much better I feel even after a week. Have more energy and can easily go to sleep at night. Cookies to anyone from around the stok-on-trent area who knows my route: :)

go to google maps mate and add the waypoints. Easy.

Its a bloody long distance. I used to run all the time about a year ago but stopped. Just started up again this week. Going to get up early at the weekend and run then. Always found early moerning runs very theraputic. :weakbenc:

Good on you mate,I keep saying to myself ill start to run again to get fit so i can start playing more footy again but i just don't have the willpower to do it lol

I used to hear the fitness finatics at work banging out about good it makes you feel and used to laugh.

But ater doing nothing for a while you realise they are actually right.
