I need to know if this head unit can take an MP3 player ... I also need to know how to wire it up and roughly how much it would cost for the wires.

Rough prices as ive got a few different mp3 players lol

u need to know if its got aux in if u mean mp3 player like an ipod mp3 player type device

looking at that it neither says yes or no so to answer your question i cant say theres 2 sure fire ways to find out

1. ring RF n ask em

2. pull th eunit out and have a look at the back it should have 3 sets of preouts if it has another set of RCA jacks in there that'll be the AUX input

there is also one other option, some CD Changers work via FM radio, and if memory serves me right i think theres such a device which takes audio inputs and relays them to the headunit via FM radio basically its a box that ure mp3 player plugs in to then this plugs into the aireal socket on your headunit and the aerial in the car plugs into the lil box u just then tune it into the frequency it work son IE old sony changers work on 88.30
