Only if the font or spacing is illegal.
Or it has logos on it.

do most places that make them, do them with the right spacings then?
or do you get to make them ya self like in the old days?

I got a set from fancyplates.com...and they are illegal...they are wrong font and logos

and another set from halfords....which are legal!

i also have a set from fancyplates.com which are illegal but havent had any trouble at all with them. mind you they aint as bad as some of the ones out there. !

If you go to a real shop u'll need ur V5 & Licence :up:

i think its due to the fact that it states in the small print that the plates are not to be used on road legal cars. so u dont need a V5 unless ur getting legal plates. might be worng

ive had mine on for a while..got them from fanceplates.....they can make standard ones too....think they are made in ireland....
