I'm wanting to do a oil change this week…. See if its gets rid of this slight knocking noise....

What's the best oil & filter to use guys?
Castrol mag 10w40? 4.5 litre one?
Halfords standard oil filter?

i guess it depends which engine you have! pretty sure the l series is 4.5 inc the filter
