I checked my email, I got 3 "New Private Message has arrived "

I cant see them in my pm inbox I refreshed the page but nowt happens!

I can read ur pms now...... when the pm box appears, I just clicked in there to go to the inbox.......for some reason, the other way didn't work. i.e through the menu above :?
