ordered my last parts tonight ready for my rebuild by AAautosport in october time

here is a list of the parts that are getting fitted in the full rebuild

THS H-Beam Conrods for Rover 2.0 Turbo Engines
Part # THSROD-RT16

THS Performance H-Beam rods are made from high quality 4340 forged aircraft steel offering extreme reliability and stability over the standard Rover rods. They are ideal for fast road use, track day and competition engines. They come with a doweled cap design and ARP 2000 Rod bolts as standard.

bought these from youngy

Block, recently rebored to accept 86mm Accralite forged pistons (making it a 2.1 litre)
Crankshaft, reground to 10 thou undrsize
Disassembled head (all parts present, just needs rebuilt with new oil stem seals)
Brand new undersize mains and big end bearings
ARP rod bolts
220 sump
oil cooler
and a big intercooler

The engine was rebuilt by Andy Nicholls of AN Racing (the one and only 800bhp Rover 200!)

as i said bud.i just saying what he said when i picked it up.i have no proof it has.but will be a bonus if it does

you know you just dribbled over the quaife! and forged rods FTW.
your right, i did just dribble over the quaife, my time will come. ;)
and forged rods are worthless to me without forged pistons, nitrous abuse FTW.

the 800bhp monster
ah yes, how could i forget, lol
