Every night i say am going to bed early !!! :grin:

And then i find myself on here at 00.43 am !!!

When i wake up at 7.30 am i wish i had gone to bed early !!!

Then am knackered at work coz am on here !!

Am i the only one ??

Last Sat was the first day in ages that i went straight to sleep....cos of what happend i guess...


I ave lots of trouble settling down to ACTUALLY goto sleep... cos if i do i find myself thinkin about loads of things or feelin NOT TIRED therefore wanting to get up and do stuff....
