Exactly how do I tell if my TD+ is 100 or 115 bhp? It was registered Sep 02. Is there any markings anywhere on the car that will tell me?

Should be a 101bhp.Think the 113bhp version came out in 2003.

Mine is a 115plus model on a 53 plate does not have rear discs.On the passenger side door pillar there is a plate that will tell you if its the plus model.

The car does not have rear discs. It does not say 83k anywhere on the plate on the passanger door pillar but it does say "entry plus" so I'm still not 100% sure. Just wanted to be sure so my insurance is totally covered.

there is an RAC check that costs a 5er that lets you put reg number in and gives you all details, do a search for it! thats if andylew dont find it before hand

When I put the reg into the insurance sites it automatically comes up as 100bhp. I just didn't think there was such a thing as a 100bhp plus model?

Cheers for the link, that clears that up. I'm going to go with it being 100bhp as it doesn't have a 83k stamp as mentioned in previous post and it comes up as 100bhp when I enter the reg into the insurance websites.

Even easier (and free) - just enter your car's reg into the Motor Insurer's Database. It's its the 115bhp model, it will tell you.

nope, it doesn't tell you the BHP of all cars, but since the diesel has 2 power versions with the same engine size, it does say if it's the 115bhp version. Well it does with mine anyway
