Had a problem recently with the middle seatbelt on the back seat it seems to have locked and i just cannot loosen it, so until i can get it fixed i hav decided to strip the back out for a bit and see how it goes. However i cant get the screw off that attaches the middle seat belt to the car, some one must know how you get these off? ...

As andy has mentioned its a torx...just get a set of torx keys...cheap of ebay anyway.
