bought myself a pair of cobra bucket seats. they came with a universal frame, but the bit where you clip the seat belt into is connected to the frame on my exsiting seats, oh ****!
so would it be possible to remove the normal seats and try fit the frames from that to my seats, or buy a new frame or what!?

take it off the rollers on the old seats and attatch them to the new seat subframe along with new seats, have the new buckets got rollers or do they just bolt on to the frame, its a bit of a difficult thing to put together but i rate you'll have more of an idea them most

yeah they have rollers/sliding things, so I'll give it a go, i spend ages faffing around with the frames it came with trying to put it together so i got a good idea now, really helpful!

The rover frame and frame that came with the seats were totaly different! doh! so i took the universal frame back and swapped for a frame that will bolt straight onto my seats and then straint into my car! cos me an extra 60 quid, but rather than than die haha!
