Anyone got any tips on removing the old grill and boot badges without marking the paint? Started using a knife but made a mark on the grill.

Same here when i did my front. What i did was get a long screwdriver and push from the back. If you lift the spring loaded catch for the bonnet there is just enough space to get in behind it. You may need a torch!

Cheers. Didn't realise there was a hole right through. I'll give it a go after t. What about the boot 1?

Didnt have a go at that one. I imagine you may have to remove the number plate light if yours is a MK1 that is??

use a hairdryer to melt the glue or hot water :)
I thought that, coz i use hairdryer for debadging but these are set in to the body work so u still need to use something to prise them out. No?
