i think its on the TB/ connecting to it, as you have to rempove it to fit the 52mm TB then re-connect it.

yea but when connecting a TB from a 160 you have to reconnect the ECU, so i guess on the 160 it is in the same place otherwise it would not fit.

its rover, if you own the car you wont be able to remove anything, leve it on a dodgy strip and everyone knows how to strip it down till theres just the oil cap left :lol:

this isnt my car, but this is the TB, after the air filter, where the accelerator cable connects onto. I think this is the ECU

the ECU card looks like a computer hard disk with chips etc.!

so they looks by the BMW's, by my 944 porsche and by the Race SD1 rover from my brother!

That is a picture of the throttle body with the throttle butterfly position transmitter Hob.

The ECU (Engine (or Electronic) Control Unit) is down beside the battery. It is a big flat alloy looking device with a big cable loom connected to it.
