my dad took my car down to a garage today to find out why my car keeps cutting out this is what they said-checked charging system and found the altenator performance reduced and unable to charge at full capacity and unable to keep up with extra aftermarket electrical consumers that have been fitted.
all that i have is 6000k Hids,rorys sidelights.they also said one of the ballast for the light is too close to the ecu and this could be causing the problem MAYBE.

Any info on what you guys think?

One of the first things to play up with low battery charge is the ECU.

Not so sure about the ballast units though.

Fully recharge your battery and move the ballast unit and see what happens
