I was looking for a set of coilovers and I came across Coilover Conversion Kits, are they any good and worth considering?

It looks like you can make your car height adjustable with this conversion. Kits seem to cost around £100.

Just some examples

It might be a good option for me, because I just aim corner weight my car and really dont want to lower it much. Maybe the conversion kit with some x power eibach springs might give me the handling the properties that I am after.

Cheers,
Jonathan

I wouldn't go anywhere near those mate, they sound like those spring clamps you get from halfrauds which "lowers" your car!!

Yeah, my hunch is that conversion kits are a really bad idea. However, I was chatting to a rally driver yesterday and he suggested them as a viable option to coilovers.

There perfectly fine, as said these are used with great results in the peugeot/citreon circles and there pretty cheap too.
