Clayed Her.... [Updated]
After spending a good 5 hours cleaning (was too nice to stay indoors today), including removing the wheels to clean and cleaning the arches i came up with the below. I used the following process:
I have always been quite meticulous when cleaning cars and always done it very throughly - or so i thought when claying the car. Even after washing the car it looked very clean. However, after a single wipe of the clay over a door the clay was covered in dirt and a sort of sap colored substance. After I have finished claying it looked like id spent hours polishing and the paintwork was soooo smooth. For those who haven't yet tried claying, I'd definately recommend it. Applying the polish/wax and buffing off was noticeably easier after claying.
Anyway, enough banter, here are the pics (taken on a k800i unfortunately, wish i have a decent camera):

- Rinse
- Snow Foamed (leave to soak for 5 mins)
- Rinse
- Wash Using Nano Tech Shampoo/Conditioner - x2 bucket/mit method
- Rinse
- Dry Using Megs Drying Towel
- Clean/Seal Alloys using Simoniz Sealant
- Dress Tyres Using Nano Tech Tyre Gel
- Clay Whole Car Using Megs Quick Detailer (clayed lower areas of the bodywork twice)
- Wax/Polish Using Turtle Wax Ice
- Apply thin coat of Autoglymn Polish Sealant (leave to dry for 30 mins and buff off)
- Glass Cleaned on Outside using Autoglymn Fast Glass (was too tired to do inside of car, so ended up giving a quick vacuum inside)
