Is it correct that previous winners are politely excluded from winning more than one best Zed trophy with the same car dudes?

I knew I had seen this list on here somewhere, apologies if I have missed anyone off but I think it is:

I need to know WHO WHAT WHERE & WHEN !!!

1. WHO is organising the meet..

2.WHAT you want on the Plaque

3.WHERE the meet is..

4. WHEN the meet is

Whoever is organising the meet will receive the plaque BEFORE THE MEET TAKES PLACE ....& will be expected to judge/Award the Plaque to the winner ......
This formula has ALWAYS worked ...Except for Bluewater meet ....the plaque was done & sent to Tonix but she never attended the meet ..or it did'nt take place .......NOBODY TOLD ME which !!!!!!


I have on my desk at the minute .......The Ipswich Plaque & the York Plaque ...These will be sent out by Friday.....

ARE THERE ANY MORE I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT !!!!!!!!!
