i was in the car when it happend. front wheel in bumper! not good.
he phoned the police as i was gonna kill him, he locked himself in his cab. my mates turned up and dragged me off before i killed him.

 

heres the damge most you cant see but the inside of bumper is buggerd.

Make his insurance pay for it, if the police were there you should have more than enough evidence.
